The registration has ended. The registration times were:

If you have to cancel your participation in the conference, you can do so by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by April 17th, 2013. The conference fee will then be returned to you minus a 30 euro processing fee. If you cancel after April 17th, 2013, the conference fee will not be reimbursed.

The conference fee includes
- participation in the sessions,
- lunches and coffees on all three conference days,
- the Conference reception on May 13th,
- optional social activities on May 13th and 14th. The number of participants in the social activities are limited, the groups are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
There is an additional fee (50 euro) for participation in the Social Dinner on May 14th.
The prices are VAT free.
The conference fees also apply to those attending with a stand.
Information for those attending EFYE with an Erasmus grant:
If you have received an Erasmus staff mobility grant to attend the EFYE conference, and need to have any Erasmus documents (.e.g your work plan) signed, please contact our information desk. You will also receive a certificate of attendance from the information desk upon request.
As the bilateral agreements are no longer required for Erasmus staff training mobility (STT) (as of the academic year 2012-2013), the University of Helsinki does not sign bilateral agreements for staff mobility unless it is necessarily required by the sending institution.
NB! As the target group of the EFYE conference is not students, the University of Helsinki does not sign Erasmus teaching staff mobility (STA) agreements for EFYE speakers or participants.
