Online registration

All participants must register for the conference. Registration is done through the online registration system.

Registration is closed.

Below you can find detailed information about the registration policy.

Conference fees

Registration fees are exempt from VAT.

Student
(Full-time graduate/doctoral student)		 170 €
One-day participation 150 €

 

The conference fee includes:

  • Admission to the conference sessions
  • Conference program and book of abstracts
  • Lunch, coffee/tea and snacks during the breaks
  • Admission to Helsinki University reception on Wednesday evening (June 8th, 2016)
  • Please note: Conference dinner is not included and must be purchased separately during the online registration process.

 

Conference dinner

Conference dinner (June 9th, 2016) 60 €

The conference dinner on Thursday evening (June 9th, 2016) will be served at the restaurant Boathouse. https://www.royalravintolat.com/en/restaurants/restaurant/boathouse
People who will attend the dinner are asked to inform whether they want to have fish or vegetarian main course (this can be done during the online registration process).

Payment

Credit card payment using the online payment system.  All registrations require full payment immediately upon registration. If you have any questions about payment, please contact info-iccap[a]helsinki.fi

 

Cancellation policy

To cancel your registration, please contact the organiser (info-iccap[a]helsinki.fi). For cancellations made by May 22, 2016, you will receive a partial refund of the conference registration fee. An administrative fee of 50 € will be withheld.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made after May 22, 2016.
