Forgot your password? ID Point opens at Kaisa Library

ID Point is an identification service which helps those in the university to easily and securely use services requiring personal identification by telephone. After identifying yourself at the ID Point you can use the services requiring identification, such as with the IT Center Helpdesk in matters concerning usernames.

The ID Point at the Kaisa Library’s customer service (3rd floor) only deals with personal identification. A person is identified with a valid passport, Schengen area identification card or a Finnish driving licence. After identification, you will receive an ID Point code which is single-use and valid for 24 hours.

The ID Point service is available when the Kaisa Library is open. ID Points can also be found on all other library locations (Minerva, Kumpula, Meilahti, Dental, Viikki).
