University of HelsinkiI have now finished the field work period conducted in Finland as part of my research project, and returned to the United Kingdom to do further work on transitioning from out-of-home care. The primary reason why I chose to familiarise myself with the Setlementti Kalliola services in fall 2017 was the strong emphasis on communality described in their principles. What can I learn from four different places where I got to observe community treatments, and what ideas could be utilised in the context of young people transitioning from out-of-home care?
