Series and tournaments

• The team’s contact person should register under his or her own name at customer services or online to ensure the team’s participation.  The team must also complete the online registration form (from the “Series and tournaments” section).
• Registration ordinarily begins 4 weeks in advance and generally ends 10 days before the beginning of the series or tournament.  Exact information about registration times can be found in the event information that is posted online.
• Cancellations must be made by 22.00 on the last registration day.  If a client cannot make a cancellation via the website, he or she should contact customer services immediately.
• All bookings are binding.  If the team’s contact person has not cancelled the registration in time, he or she is responsible for paying the participation fee for the event.
• The participation fee can be paid online or at a customer service point before the beginning of the event.
• The contact person will be suspended from using or booking services until the payment is made online or at a customer service point.
