Individual Services (massage, training programmes, fitness test, Body composition measurement: InBody, Personal Training)

  • The booking period begins 28 days in advance and ends online one hour before the event or service.
  • Enquiries about available times may be made also at a customer service point or by telephone or by booking online.
  • Cancellations must be received by 22.00 two days before the event.   (For example, if a service is booked for Wednesday, it must be cancelled by 22.00 on Monday.)
  • The reservation for an individual service cannot be cancelled if the reservation is made later than two days before the service.
  • All bookings are binding.  If the client does not cancel a service in time, he or she is responsible for paying for the service.  A payment obligation may be waived after the end of the booking period only by presenting valid proof (such as a physician’s statement) of the impediment to using the service.
  • Bookings are in force until the end of the event.  If a client is late for an event due to reasons unrelated to UniSport, the unused time will be charged for as originally booked without compensation for the client’s lost time.
  • Services must be paid for online or at a customer service point before using the service.  The client is responsible for ensuring that he or she is on time for the event.
  • Unused individual services will be charged for according to the client-group price listed online and at the customer service point.
  • The right to book and use services will be suspended until payment is received for the unused service.
  • Special terms and conditions apply to Personal Training sessions and will be reviewed with the trainer when beginning the service.
