10. Cancellation of services by UniSport

  • Individual or group services that have been cancelled by the instructor/trainer or due to some impediment will be announced on the web pages at least 3 hours before the start.  In force majeure cases (such as sudden illness, injury or technical problems), the cancellation may occur later.
  • The minimum number of participants for courses will be announced.  If the minimum number is not reached, the course will be cancelled.   The goal is to inform clients of cancellations at least two days before the course start date. It is worth checking the UniSport web pages regarding your course to verify whether it will be held.   When a course is cancelled, the client may apply for a refund of the course fee from a customer service point.
  • Facility closure or reduced opening hours:  Irregular hours of service (e.g. for public holidays) will be announced well in advance on the web pages in the section indicating the opening hours for the facility and in the current events section.   In force majeure cases (such as sudden technical problems), notification of facility closure may occur later.
  • In exceptional cases, sports facilities may need to be shut down during the sports season (e.g. for repairs or maintenance work). UniSport’s goal is to keep facilities open so that the client always has at least one sports facility available. The Terms of Service are subject to change
