This is a public home page for the Academic Achievement and Learning Diaries (AALD) research project
The project is led by doctoral researcher Ville Kivimäki, University of Helsinki, Finland. The project started in 2021 and is planned to end in 2022. The project aims to study structured learning diaries and their connection with academic achievement. The project is linked to an earlier design and pilot project run in Aalto University. This page offers open access to key materials behind the design process, key features and their implications on teaching and learning.
The AALD project has been awarded a grant by The Vietsch Foundation “promoting research into and development of advanced technology for scientific research and higher education.”
