MD Jenni Saarenketo is currently completing her Master’s degree at the University of Turku, Faculty of Social Sciences. Her MA dissertation in Sociology investigates risk perception and microbes in the context of a vaccine trial; same themes will be prevalent along with those of antibiotic practices and resistance when she sets to work on her PhD as a grant researcher inside the project ´Microbial Lives: Practices of New Human-Microbial Cultures´.
