Sentiment analysis related seminar (9-10 June 2016) presentations now available online

The FIN-CLARIN Jubilee Seminar and the Nordic CLARIN Network Seminar were held in Metsätalo the 9th and 10th of June, the main topic of the Nordic CLARIN Network Seminar being sentiment analysis and related resources. Presentations on Sentiment Analysis at Nordic CLARIN Network Seminar (9-10 June)

The FIN-CLARIN Jubilee Seminar and the Nordic CLARIN Network Seminar (9-10 June) will be held at Metsätalo (Unioninkatu 40), room 1, Helsinki. The main topic of the Nordic CLARIN Network Seminar is sentiment analysis and related resources. These topics may be interesting for those who study hate speech and related issues. The presentations include, among others:

  • KeyNote: Sentiment Waves in Social Media (Krista Lagus, University of Helsinki)
  • EmoTwitter – Emotion Analysis on Social Media (Calkin Suero Montero, University of Eastern Finland)
  • Finnish sentiment analysis and a tool for social media tracking (Arto Kivinen, Turku University of Applied Sciences)
