PI has settled into the Department of Geological Sciences, Central Washington University in Ellensburg WA, United States. Here is the first training session of the Magma Chamber Simulator code supervised by of one of its developers, Dr. Wendy Bohrson, who is a professor of igneous petrology at the department. PI and Wendy are accompanied by MSc student Marie Takach, who will use MCS to model the magmatic evolution of the Etna volcano. Exciting times!
