“Ammattitaudit ovat sairauksia, joiden pääasiallinen aiheuttaja on jokin työssä oleva fysikaalinen, kemiallinen tai biologinen tekijä. Työperäiset sairaudet käsittävät sekä ammattitaudit että muut sairaudet, joiden yksinomainen tai pääasiallinen aiheuttaja liittyy työhön. Sairaus on työperäinen myös silloin, kun työhön liiittyvä tekijä, myös sosiaalinen, on vain yksi monista sairauden aiheuttajista. “Opas on tarkoitettu käsikirjanomaiseen käyttöön ja julkaistaan erillään ICD-10 tautiluokituksesta, mutta niitä tulee tarkastella rinnakkain toistensa kanssa. Suomalainen tautien kirjaamisen ohjekirja on laadittu yhtenäistämään ja helpottamaan terveydenhuollossa tehtävää sairauksien ja niiden oireiden, vammojen sekä terveyspalveluiden käytön syiden rekisteröimistä. “Sosiaali- ja terveysalan tilastollinen vuosikirja sisältää keskeisiä tilastotietoja hyvinvoinnista ja terveydestä sekä sosiaali- ja terveyspalvelujärjestelmästä. Tiedot esitetään aikasarjoina. Vuosikirja on käsikirja, joka soveltuu käytettäväksi sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon asiakastyössä, hallinnossa ja tutkimuksessa. Tilastollista vuosikirjaa on julkaistu vuodesta 2000 ja sitä on kehitetty lukijapalautteiden perusteella. Vuoteen 2009 asti vuosikirja ilmestyi nimellä Sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon tilastollinen vuosikirja.
Den statistiska årsboken om social- och hälsovården innehåller de viktigaste statistiska uppgifterna om hälsa och välfärd och om social- och hälsovårdssystemet. Uppgifterna presenteras i form av tidsserier. Årsboken är en handbok avsedd för dagligt bruk inom det klientarbete, den förvaltning och den forskning som gäller socialvården och hälso- och sjukvården. Fram till år 2009 utkom årsboken under namnet Statistisk årsbok om socialvård och hälso- och sjukvård.
The Statistical Yearbook on Social Welfare and Health Care provides the most important statistical information about welfare and health and the system of social and health services in Finland. The information is presented as time series. The yearbook is a handbook suitable for day-to-day use in client work, administration and research in the field.”
