The Finnish Veterinary Journal 120 years – Exhibition in Viikki Info Centre Korona

The first issue of the journal was published in 1893 to represent the
Veterinary Association which was founded in the previous year.
The Finnish Veterinary Journal is one of the oldest professional journals
in Finland. It has been published continuously for 120 years, except the years 1895 and 1896.
The journal’s languages are Finnish and Swedish. Occasionally scientific articles are published  in English. Ten issues and over 650 pages are published annually, including 10 to 12 peer-reviewed scientific articles. Over 90% of the veterinarians in Finland subscribe the journal.
