Tutors are adventurous at Kaisa House on Thursday, April 4th

This year’s Tutor Adventure is organised on Thursday April 4th,  at 1 pm – 8 pm, on the City Centre campus. Almost all of the university’s 700 tutors participate in the Adventure.

The Tutor Adventure of HYY and UH Student Services consists of touring checkpoints in teams to learn tutoring skills and receive information about the services and activities of the University, the Student Union and other interest groups. Three of the checkpoints are located in the Main Library at the Kaisa House (on the 3rd, 5th and 7th floor).

Please notice, that the Tutor Adventure may cause a little extra noise in the library.

Students of Kumpula Campus! Give us feedback about organizing events in the Campus Library

Hello students of Kumpula Campus!

A couple of events are being held on the 2nd floor of the Campus Library (UbiKampus) in March:

  • On Friday March 15 a Hackathon will take over the Ubikampus for the entire day, and
  • On Friday March 22 there will be a Catalysts Coding Contest at 14.30-21.

The Library is now asking your feedback about organizing events: what kind of events you find suitable for the Library’s 2nd floor? At which times and on which areas of the Library would you prefer the events to be held?

Please vote for the choices given in Flinga or add your own suggestion to the bunch: https://edu.flinga.fi/s/EFRZDTY

The Library is gathering feedback until the end of March.

Event: Open Science afternoon (in Finnish)
Location: Think Corner, Stage (Yliopistonkatu 4)
Time: Oct 23, 2017 at 1 pm – 2.30 pm
