Our pedagogical models and materials draw on arts-based approaches, digital storytelling, cultural nature stories and concepts of design. The ECHOing models and materials have been designed and published by “the Joy of Learning Multiliteracies” (MOI) research and development program funded by the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture. The models and materials aim to promote children’s imagination, creativity, critical thinking, as well as multimodal, multisensory and embodied exploration of environments and phenomena.
