Microalgae presentation in ISEP 2016, 12-15 September, Krakow, Poland

I had the lucky opportunity to present part of of my PhD work last week at the 5th EAAP International Symposium on Energy and Protein Metabolism and Nutrition (ISEP 2016) organised in Krakow, Poland. In this oral presentation, I showed some results from our third microalgae experiment, where we compared the protein value of different microalgae species (Spirulina platensis, Chlorella vulgaris and Nannochloropsis gaditana) to soya bean meal in the grass silage based diets of dairy cows.
