Uusi kausi ja uudet kuviot! Tulevan syksyn liikuntatarjontaamme on kehitetty teidän palautteidenne perusteella entistä monipuolisemmaksi. Syksyn uutuuksien joukosta löydät uusia ryhmäliikuntatunteja, pienryhmävalmennuksia ja roppakaupalla mielenkiintoisia kursseja. Syyskuun puolivälin jälkeen avaamme myös uuden upean keskuksen, UniSport Kluuvin. Syyskautemme alkaa 1.9.

Tässä juttusarjassa esittelemme tulevan syksyn uutuutemme yksi kerrallaan. Seuraa päivityksiä niin tiedät, mitä kaikkea kivaa syyskauden alkaessa pääset kokeilemaan!

Syksyn uudet tanssitunnit

Syksyn ensimmäisenä uutuutena esittelemme uudet tanssituntimme. Uusien tanssituntien myötä tanssituntivalikoimamme on entistä selkeämpi ja siitä on helpompi valita itselle mieleinen laji sen perusteella haluaako helpompaa fiilistelyä vai hieman haastavampaa koreografiaa. Tunnin nimet kertovat myös selkeämmin siitä, millainen musiikkityyli tunnilla on.

Dance Mix

Dance Mix on tanssitunti, jossa tanssilajeina voi olla mitä vaan opettajan oman taustan ja kokemuksen myötä. Tunnilla ei tehdä tanssisarjoja vaan tunti rakennetaan eri kappaleisiin. Tyyleinä voi olla mm. hip hopia, jazzia, latinalaistansseja, nykytanssia, rockia ja showtanssia. Tunti on energistä yksintanssia ja hauska tapa kohottaa myös kuntoa. Tunnin sisältö ja vaikeustaso vaihtelee ohjaajittain.
