The congress fees include access to the scientific program, congress material, coffee according to the program and Welcome reception. The congress fees are free of value added tax.
1) You are a NFPF/NERA member and have paid the 2016 membership fee or are in the process of paying this before attending the congress.
2) Non-Member: You are not or do not intend to become a member of NFPF/NERA prior to this years’ congress and pays a higher congress fee.
3) Students, PhD students and emeriti benefit from a discounted fee when certified. When registering as a student please provide a student card or other proof of student identity at the registration desk when arriving.
4), 5) New members: You are not an existing member of NFPF/NERA and want to become a member for the year 2016 to be able to attend the congress for the same fee as members.
When registering please choose whether you take part in the following social programmes:
• Welcome reception on Wednesday 9 March 2016, included in the registration fee
• Congress dinner on Thursday 10 March 2016, 70 €
Payment methods
When registering the registration fees can be paid with credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Debit Mastercard), with Finnish online bank (Paytrail) or by invoice (invoice 10 EUR will be added). Please read through the terms of cancellation.
The registration is binding. Make sure that you have all the information needed when proceeding to the registration form.
CANCELLATION POLICY/REGISTRATION FEES:
Registration is binding. Notifications, amendments and cancellations must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or airmail) to Konffa Ltd. The fee for any amendments is 10 EUR/ registration. Should there be any mistakes in the given registration details, the fee for correction will be 10 EUR.
• Cancellations will be accepted until 1st February 2016 with a refund of all paid fees, less an administration charge of 50 €.
• After 1st February 2016 no refunds will be given.
Force Majeure, health related issues
Should there occur an insuperable obstacle related to a registered person’s health, the registration fee will be refunded in full, less an administration charge of 50 €. Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail, fax or airmail) to Konffa Ltd.
An official and original medical certificate must be presented within two (2) weeks of the cancellation notification. Konffa Ltd recommends all-inclusive travel insurance.
