Research Group

We are a dynamic group of researchers with a strong focus on finding novel possibilities for Parkinson’s disease drug therapies.

As one of the youngest research groups in the University of Helsinki, we are agile and innovative in our work. Our group has a great passion for the study in subject, and we collaborate actively with other experts on an international and domestic level.

Our premises

Our research center is located in Helsinki, Finland, in the Division of Pharmacology and Toxicology (Faculty of Pharmacy) at the Viikki Campus for Life Sciences, part of the University of Helsinki.  Our laboratory and research spaces consist of comprehensive biochemical laboratory equipment, and University’s state-of-the-art animal facilities with behavioral testing equipment are in our use.
