The application period for the grants and scholarships from the University of Helsinki Funds and the Research Foundation has now begun. The application period ends on 27.2.2013 at 15:00 (3:00 p.m.).
The University of Helsinki Funds awards grants and scholarships for undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate students as well as researchers. All funds awarding grants are based on donations to the university.
The Research Foundation of the University of Helsinki invites applications for a maximum of 35 grants for young researchers. Grants are available for scholars who intend to conduct research towards a doctoral degree at the University of Helsinki. The amount of the one-year grant is 22 000 EUR. Applicants must be 30 years of age or younger as of December 31st, 2012.
All applications and recommendations are registered using an electronic application system Aava. The system can be accessed with a University of Helsinki user account.
