InCites – Research Evaluation Tool Acquired!

InCites –  a customized, web-based research evaluation tool from Thomson Reuters has been acquired. It lets academic and government administrators benchmark an organization’s output against peers worldwide.

The research evaluation data concerning our university is still under the process of completing. It is, however, possible for the University of Helsinki users to test  InCites already. You can  create a user ID or use ResearcherID created in WoS to login InCites.

Two other resources connected to research evaluation, Journal Citation Reports – JCR  and Essential Science Indicators ESI are now available in the InCites interface.
