University of Helsinki has access to Images of the Biblical World and
Theologische Realenzyklopädie at the end of the year 2014.
InCites – a customized, web-based research evaluation tool from Thomson Reuters has been acquired. It lets academic and government administrators benchmark an organization’s output against peers worldwide.
The research evaluation data concerning our university is still under the process of completing. It is, however, possible for the University of Helsinki users to test InCites already. You can create a user ID or use ResearcherID created in WoS to login InCites.
Two other resources connected to research evaluation, Journal Citation Reports – JCR and Essential Science Indicators ESI are now available in the InCites interface.
Hands-on instruction and tips for more efficient use of e-materials is offered
on 10-26 November in the entrance lobby of Kaisa House.
The E-point is open from Monday to Wednesday at 14-16.

History Vault gives access to millions of pages of cross-searchable, full-text/full-image documents including articles, correspondence, government records, and more documenting the most widely studied topics in 18th-century through 20th-century American history.

Enhanced Electronic Grammars allows for cross-language comparison of grammatical phenomena, as well as descriptions of individual languages from various geographical regions and language families. The content also includes multimedia components such as audio, video and maps.
The trial version features these five grammars: Lao, Mapuche, Hup, Jamsay, Madurese.
