The aim of the PAMEL project is to research the life, work and wellbeing of private sector workers in Finland. To do this, researchers from the Universities of Helsinki and Tampere have cooperated with the trade union for private sector workers, “Service Union United” (PAM in Finnish), to gather survey data of PAM workers in 2019 and 2020. Topics covered in the surveys include job satisfaction, wellbeing, food intake, food insecurity information and sociodemographic characteristics.
