Right to make compilations for teaching

According to Article 18 to a compilation, which is meant to be used in teaching and which is made by printing or by similar means and which is comprised using works of several creators, may be taken minor parts of literal works or compositions or if the work is not extensive, whole work, when five years have passed since the work was published. Photographs may be taken of published works of arts if such photographs relate to the text. This article cannot be applied to works which have been made for the purpose of using them in teaching.

The creator has right to be reimbursed for such use.
