Maatalous-metsätieteellisen tiedekunnan promootioaktissa jaettiin Kutsu-nimisiä lehtisiä, jotka promovendien oli tarkoitus saada aktin jälkeen joko jumalanpalveluksessa tai tunnustuksettomassa tilaisuudessa. Lehtisten jako ei kuitenkaan toiminut suunnitellusti, minkä vuoksi kaikki eivät välttämättä saaneet omaansa. Kutsu sisälsi ohjelmatietojen lisäksi matrikkeliosuuden kaikista osallistujista.
Tällä kyselyllä haluamme selvittää, ketkä promovendeista jäivät ilman lehtistä, jotta voimme toimittaa ne heille jälkikäteen. Mikäli sait jo Kutsun, sinun ei tarvitse reagoida tähän kyselyyn. Poissaolevana promovoiduille ja niille, jotka eivät noutaneet diplomejaan päärakennukselta, on toimitettu Kutsu jo postitse.

In the Conferment act of the Faculty of Agriculture and Forestry leaflets called Invitation were distributed. Promovendus were supposed to receive leaflets after the act, either at a church service or at a non-religious event. However, the distribution of leaflets did not work as planned, which is why everyone may have not received it. In addition to the program information, the invitation included the matricula section of all participants.
With this survey, we want to find out who did not receive a leaflet yet, so that we can deliver leaflets to them afterwards. If you already received an Invitation, you do not need to respond to this survey. Those who participated as ’absens’ (and those who did not pick up their diplomas from the main building) have already received the Invitation by post.
