General Zoom instructions for all participants:

• You can use Zoom on your web browser or with the Zoom application. You can download the app at, where you can also test it. If you connect to Zoom on your browser, we recommend Google Chrome.

• Please use your whole name when you enter the meeting. You can change your name through choosing ”participants” -> ”more” -> ”rename”.

• Participants cannot use their cameras or microphones during the main webinars. Questions and comments can be posted through the Zoom chat.

• During the working groups, please only use your camera and microphone when you are talking. You can switch on the camera and microphone through the control panel at the bottom of the screen.
