Florencia Quesada Avendaño

Dob 1968, BA and Master degree in History, PhD in Latin American Studies. She is a researcher and lecturer in Development Studies at the Department of Political and Economic Studies of the University of Helsinki, with the project: “Policies and practices of tourism industry. A comparative and interdisciplinary study on Central America.” She has written on the urban, cultural and architectural history in Costa Rica and about contemporary cities in Latin America.  Her last publication is:  F.
