We are happy to invite you to the spring meeting of the association, which will be held on 13th of March, starting at 18.00. Location is Wilhelmsson (New Student House, Mannerheimintie 5 A, 5th floor). Language of the meeting will be English. Attached you can find the provisional agenda.
After the spring meeting, at 19.00 in the same location, we will publish the results of the HYVÄT survey, which received over 500 answers. We will use the findings to target our future advocacy, so the publishing is a wonderful opportunity to affect the actions. A report of the results will also be published online after the event.
Yet on the same day, there will be a pub night, starting at 20.00 in Dubliner, downstairs in the same building.
The spring meeting is an exceptional opportunity to see what HYVÄT has been doing last year. In addition, there is a possibility to reinforce the board or number of officers. Feel free to ask me or anyone in the board about possible tasks or practicies within the association.
Key findings of the survey will be published right after the spring meeting in the same location. The results will also affect the future spearheads in HYVÄT’s advocacy, so we hope to have some nice conversation during and after the event. Everyone interested is welcome to join the event.
