Väitöskirjatutkijoiden edustajien vaalien ehdokasasettelu päättyi 14.10.2019, minkä jälkeen jatkohaku avattiin 16. – 18.10.2019 väliselle ajalle. Hakuaikojen jölkeen hakijoita edustajapaikkoihin oli yli 60, mikä tarkoittaa että useista paikoista päästään äänestämään. Joihinkin johtoryhmiin taas tuli yhtä paljon ehdokkaita kuin paikkoja, eli äänestystä ei tarvita. Lisäksi 11 tohtoriohjelmasta puuttuu edelleen yksi tai kaksi hakijaa. Nämä paikat täyttää Vaalilautakunta ilmoittautumisjärjestyksessä sopivien hakijoiden löytyessä.

Niissä johtoryhmissä, joihin tuli enemmän hakijoita kuin paikkoja, pidetään äänestys. Voit antaa äänesi 29.10. – 7.11. klo 18:00 välisenä aikana. Jokaisella tutkijakoulussa/tohtoriohjelmassa läsnä olevalla on yksi ääni johtoryhmää kohden.

Äänet annetaan sähköisesti ja anonyymisti elomakkeen kautta. Jokainen äänestäjä saa kertakäyttöiset tunnukset lomakkeelle kirjautumiseenja äänen antamiseen. Yhdessä vaalissa (tohtoriohjelma/tutkijakoulu/tohtorikoulutuksen johtoryhmä) voi äänestää yhden kerran. Ääntä ei voi muuttaa myöhemmin.

Ansökningsperioden för för valet av doktorandernas nya representater avslutades den 14.10.2019, varefter förlängd perioden var öppet 16. – 18.10.2019. Efter dessa perioder finns det över 60 kandidater till positioner. Det menar att många av positionerna kommer att röstas om. Några styrgrupper fick samma antal kandidater som det finns positioner, så ingen omröstning behövs. Dessutom finns det också 11 doktorandprogram där en eller två kandidater ännu saknas. Dessa ståndpunkter kommer att uppfyllas så snart lämpliga sökande hittas.

Det kommer ett val med omröstning i de styrgrupper där det fanns fler kandidater än positioner. Du kan rösta mellan 29 oktober – 7 november (18:00).  Alla närvarande i forskalskolan/doktorandprogrammet med val har en röst per styrgrupp.

Rösterna ska ges elektroniskt och anonymt via elomake. Varje väljare kommer att mottaga intryg för engångsbruk för att logga in på elomake och rösta. Du kan rösta en gång i varje val (doktorandprogram/forskarskola/styrgrupp för dokotrandutbildning). Rösterna kan inte ändras efteråt.

CAST YOUR VOTE BETWEEN OCTOBER 29th AND NOVEMBER 7th 2019 18:00

The application period for the PhD representative elections ended on 14.10.2019, after which an extended call was opened between 16.10.2019 – 18.10.2019. After these calls, there are over 60 applicants, which means that many of the positions will be voted on. Some of the positions got the same amount of candidates as there are representatives, so no vote is needed. However, there are also 11 Doctoral Programmes with one or two candidates missing. These positions will be fulfilled by the Election Committee as soon as suitable applicants are found.

There will be an election with voting in those steering groups, where there were more candidates than positions. You can cast your votes between October 29th – November 7th (18:00). Everyone currently enrolled in the Doctoral School/Programme with election has one vote per steering group.

The votes will be given electronically and anonymously via elomake. Each voter  will receive single-use credentials for signing in the elomake and casting the vote. You can vote once in each election (Doctoral Programme/Doctoral School/Steering Group of Doctoral Education). The votes can not be changed afterwards.
