Kevätväsymys, kaamosmasennus ja yleinen ketutus – kuulostaako tutulta? Ovatko kolmosperiodin dedikset ja lähestyvä tenttiviikko syöneet sieluasi? Tuntuuko sinusta siltä, että rentouttavimmatkin mindfulness-harjoitukset ja ASMR-videot ovat käyneet tehottomiksi?
Jos vastasit kyllä, suosittelemme hoitomuodoksi Yhiksen kevätmatkaa Varsovaan! Kutsumme kaikki yhisläiset ja yhiksenmieliset yhteiselle kulttuurimatkalle tähän historialliseen kohteeseen, jossa meitä odottavat huokeat juotavat, monipuoliset elämykset ja tutustuminen muun muassa Suomen suurlähetystön toimintaan. Arkihuolesi siis kaikki heitä ja tule mukaan Varsovaan maistamaan elämisen makua!
Käytännön infoa:
Matka on luonteeltaan vapaamuotoinen. Majoituksesta ja ohjelmasta tulee lisäinfoa myöhemmin.
Matka sijoittuu perioditauolle 6.-9.3. ja se on omakustanteinen. Yhis varaa yhteisen huokean hostellin, joten sinun huoleksesi jää vain sinulle parhaan matkustusmuodon löytäminen! Majoitus tulee maksamaan kolmelta yöltä noin 30 euroa (korkeintaan noin 50 euroa). Lennot Varsovaan ovat halvimmillaan noin 115 euroa (sisältäen yhden välilaskun), suorat lennot maksavat noin 180 euroa. Varsovaan on myös mahdollista matkustaa laivalla ja bussilla, joiden hinta yhteensä on noin 125 euroa. Huomioithan, että bussilla matkustaessa matka vie koko päivän. Matkat ja yöpyminen maksavat siis yhteensä noin 145-230 euroa per henkilö.
Ilmoittautuminen matkalle tapahtuu e-lomakkeella, joka julkaistaan sekä tapahtuman Facebook-sivuilla että sähköpostilistalla. E-lomake aukeaa sunnuntaina 3.2. ja sulkeutuu sunnuntaina 17.2. klo 23:59, joten ilmoittauduthan pian! Paikkoja matkalle on rajoitetusti. Mukaan ovat tervetulleita kaikki yhteiskunnallisen muutoksen ohjelman oppiaineiden opiskelijat.
Huomioithan myös, että ilmoittautuminen matkalle on sitova.

Spring exhaustion, seasonal depression and general annoyance – does this sound familiar? Has the third period with its deadlines and exam week made you want to sell your soul? Do you feel like the most relaxing mindfulness-exercises and ASMR-videos have become ineffective?
If the answer to these is yes, the cure we recommend is Yhis’ spring journey to Warsaw! We invite all students of Yhis or those with the mind-set of Yhis to join us on a culture trip to this historical destination which offers us affordable drinks, versatile experiences and among other things a visit to the Finnish embassy. Throw away your worries and come with us to Warsaw to experience life in all of its glory!
Practical information:
More information on accommodation and programme will be published later. The trip itself is informal, so there’s no requirement for you to join the programme if you don’t want to.
The trip is on period break 6.-9.3. Yhis will make a reservation for a low-price hostel, but everyone has to get the tickets to Warsaw independently. The cost for the accommodation for three nights will be around 30 euros (but 50€ maximum). Flights to Warsaw with intermediate landing cost about 115€ whereas direct flights cost around 180€. It is also possible to travel to Warsaw with a ferry and a bus which will cost together about 125€. Please note that by bus, the journey will take a whole day. The travels and accommodation will be about 145-230€ in total.
The sign up for the trip will be through the e-form (e-lomake), which will be published in the Facebook-event and at the yhmu-email list. The form will open on Sunday the 3rd and it will close on Sunday the 17th at 23:59. Amount of places for the trip is limited. We welcome every student from the Society and Change program to join us on the Yhis’ spring journey!
