Friday 13th Get-together @RydmanRoom 18h 13 FEB 2015

On Friday 13th of February, the Association will organize a get-together in concert with Tsemppi. There you will have the chance to meet the new board of the association and the other members as well and discuss your ideas or challenges that you are facing as a doctoral student at the University of Helsinki. The venue is the Rydman Room at Kaivokatu 10A, 9th floor (entrance facing the Railway station, next to the Jewlery Store, press the doorbell marked “Ullakkosauna” to open the door) and the evening will start at 18h. There will be snacks and refreshments offered and you are welcome to bring something yourself as well (potlatch/potluck & Canadian style).

New board for the year 2015

The autumn meeting of The Association of Doctoral Students at the University of Helsinki, held at Think Company Viikki on November 24th (minutes in Finnish), elected a new board for the association for the year 2015. Information about the board members for 2015 can be found here and the action plan for this year is here.

During the year 2015 the association will continue to act as an open forum for all its members and aims to create a link between the University of Helsinki and its doctoral students.
