The Association of Doctoral Students at the University of Helsinki will organize its autumn general meeting on Tuesday 24th of November, 6.00 pm, in lecture hall E207, Physicum, Kumpula Campus, located at Gustaf Hällströmin katu 2a, 2nd floor.
The agenda consists of duties of the autumn general meeting, most importantly including the election of a new board and decision on action plan and budget for 2016. The agenda of the meeting can be found below and the proposed action plan and budget for 2016 can be found here.
According to the bylaws of the Association, the meeting shall be conducted in English but every member has a right to use either Finnish, Swedish or English in the meeting.
The members of the Association are most cordially invited to take part!
