The Association of Doctoral Students at the University of Helsinki will organize its spring general meeting on Tuesday 24th of March, 6.00 pm, in Mannerheim Hall at Uusi ylioppilastalo (“New Student House”), located at Mannerheimintie 5 A, 5th floor.
The agenda consists of duties of the spring general meeting, on top of which we will discuss the recent actions of the Association and the University’s intention to carry office rents from grant holders. According to the bylaws of the Association, the meeting shall be conducted in English but every member has a right to use either Finnish, Swedish or English in the meeting. Mannerheim Hall is not wheelchair accessible and there is no elevator in the staircase. In case you need assistance, please contact the board.
