Virallisena kokoontumispaikkana toimii Marx-huone (kolmas kerros) osoitteessa Mannerheimintie 5, Helsinki.

ISHA Helsinki’s annual meeting 2022 will be held on the 21st of February 2022 on Monday starting at 18.00.
All are welcome to the meeting on Zoom.
The official location for the meeting is room Marx (third floor) at Mannerheimintie 5, Helsinki.
If you are coming to the meeting in person, you must send a notice of this beforehand by email (riina.nikulainen (at)helsinki.fi)

1. Kokouksen avaaminen / Calling the meeting to order
2. Kokouksen laillisuus ja päätösvaltaisuus / Confirming the quorum and legitimacy of the meeting
3. Valitaan kokouksen puheenjohtaja, sihteeri, kaksi (2) pöytäkirjantarkastajaa ja kaksi (2) ääntenlaskijaa / Electing a president, a secretary, two (2) minute examiners, and two (2) tellers
4. Kokouksen työjärjestyksen hyväksyminen / Confirming the agenda of the meeting
5. Esitetään tilinpäätös, vuosikertomus ja toiminnantarkastajien lausunto / Presenting the financial statement, the annual report, and the performance auditors’ reports
6. Päätetään tilinpäätöksen vahvistamisesta ja vastuuvapauden myöntämisestä / Confirming the financial statement, and the granting of discharge
7. Vahvistetaan toimintasuunnitelma, tulo- ja menoarvio sekä jäsenmaksun suuruus / Confirming the strategy, the budget, and the membership fee
