Poliittisen historian opiskelijat Polho ry:llä on ilo kutsua Teidät tervetulleeksi juhlistamaan 55+1-vuotiasta ainejärjestöämme
POLHON VUOSIJUHLIIN
Lauantaina 23.10.2021.
Juhlallisuudet alkavat klo 17 Ostrobotnialla alkumaljan ja tervehdysten merkeissä. Pöytäjuhlaan siirrytään klo 18 ja illallisen jälkeen juhlat jatkuvat jatkojen parissa. Järjestämme myös sunnuntaiaamuna sillisaamiaisen kattosauna Sivistyksellä.
Vuosijuhlassa pääsemme perinteisen kaavan mukaan laulamaan ja kuulemaan puheita. Juhlapuhujanamme toimii poliittisen historian alumni ja Sitran demokratia ja osallisuus -teeman johtaja Veera Heinonen. Illallisen jälkeen pääsemme tanssimaan vanhojen tanssien merkeissä ja kuulemaan bändin soittamaa musiikkia.
Pukukoodina tilaisuudessa toimii juhlapuku akateemisin kunniamerkein.
Ilmoittautumisesta tiedotetaan tässä tapahtumassa ja Polhon nettisivuilla, sekä sähköpostilistalla myöhemmin. Ilmoittautuminen juhliin tapahtuu e-lomakkeella. E-lomake julkaistaan ilmoittautumisen alkaessa tässä tapahtumassa, Polho ry:n nettisivuilla sekä sosiaalisen median kanavilla. Lippu sisältää sisäänpääsyn myös jatkoille ja sillikselle. Mikäli tarvitsette esteettömyyteen liittyviä järjestelyjä, ilmoittakaa siitä e-lomakkeessa ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä.
Koronatilanteen vuoksi otamme tilaisuuden terveysturvallisuuden vakavasti. Huomioithan siis, että ilmoittautuessasi tapahtumaan sitoudut esittämään koronapassin eli todistuksen saaduista rokotteista, viimeisen kuuden kuukauden sisällä sairastetusta taudista tai vaihtoehtoisesti alle 48 tuntia vanhan negatiivisen koronatestituloksen. Erityisjärjestelyt toteutetaan vieraiden turvallisuuden takaamiseksi. Tulemme ilmoittamaan tarkemmista ohjeista koronapassiin liittyen myöhemmin.

The Political history students’ organization Polho would like to warmly welcome you to join us in commemoration of our 55+1-year-old association at
POLHO’S 55th ANNIVERSARY PARTY
on 23th of October, 2021.
The anniversary celebrations will begin with a cocktail hour at Ostrobotnia at 5pm. At 6pm the celebrations will continue with a three course anniversary dinner. Celebrations will continue at Ostrobotnia with the after party. Guests are also invited to attend the Sillis breakfast the next morning at the rooftop sauna Sivistys.
The evening´s main speaker will be our honorary guest, the director of democracy and participation of the Finnish innovations fund Sitra, and an alumni of political history, Veera Heinonen. After dinner we enjoy live music and some ballroom dances.
Dresscode: formal with academic decorations.
Enrollment for the anniversary party begins via e-form at a later date. More information about the enrollment will be shared soon. The e-form will be published via the party’s Facebook event, and on Polho’s website. A non-alcoholic ticket will be available. All tickets include entrance to the after party and entrance to the Sillis breakfast. In case you require special arrangements concerning accessibility, please inform us in the e-form section “Special requirements”.
Due to the coronavirus situation we are taking some extra measures to ensure a safe evening for everyone. Please note, that when enrolling via the e-form, you commit to present a covid-19 certificate. Alternatively you can present a certificate of a negative covid test from the last 48 hours or a certificate of having had covid-19 in the last six months. These special measures are put in place for the safety of our guests. We will give an update regarding the required covid-19 certificate at a later date.
