Take a quick start to your fresher autumn with the other new students in Kumpula fresher camp! You can find more information on the event’s Facebook site.

26.8. Freshman hangout

A hangout for all new students and tutors at 2.30pm near the campus.

27.8. Zoom hangout
A remote hangout from 3-5pm.

28.8. Matlu freshman picnic

A picnic hangout in the afternoon. The specific time will be announced later.

15.9. Freshman orienteering of the Physical Sciences
An orienteering at the center of Helsinki for all new students of the Physical Sciences starting at 2pm.

21.-25.9. HYY Fresher Week
The Fresher Week is a remotely organized event aimed at the new students of the University of Helsinki, offering a dive into the world of student life and the University community. During the Fresher Week, you’ll be introduced to to the Student Union’s activities, organisations, and the University’s operators.

A cruise for all students studying in Kumpula. Awesome!

n.11. Fuksikyykkä and -sauna
A traditional student game and sauna. What could be better than a sauna? Detailed information closer to the date.

28.11.-29.11. Luonnontieteilijöiden jouluristeily
A cruise reserved only for students studying natural sciences in Finland.
