Yhdistys etsii uutta jäsentä hallitukseen

Helsingin yliopiston jatko-opiskelijat ry etsii uutta hallituksen jäsentä ja/tai taloudenhoitajaa. Oletko se sinä?

Yhdistyksen sääntöjen mukaan hallituksen jäsenen jättäessä tehtävänsä yhdistyksen (ylimääräinen) kokous valitsee loppuvuodeksi uuden jäsenen eronneen tilalle. Taloudenhoitaja voidaan valita myös hallituksen ulkopuolelta. Taloudenhoitajan tehtävä on yksi hallituksen tärkeimmistä tehtävistä, sillä taloudenhoitaja hoitaa yhdistyksen taloutta ja omaisuutta.

Ylimääräinen yhdistyksen kokous järjestetään mahdollisimman pian sen jälkeen, kun uudeksi hallituksen jäseneksi löytyy ehdokkaita. Kutsu yhdistyksen kokoukseen lähetetään viimeistään seitsemän vuorokautta ennen kokousta.

The Association seeks for a new board member

The Association of Doctoral Students at the University of Helsinki is looking for a new board member and/or a treasurer. Will it be you?

According to the bylaws of the Association, whenever a board member resigns, a new member shall be elected in a(n extraordinary) general meeting of the Association for the rest of the year. The treasurer of the Association may be elected also outside the board. Treasurer’s post is one of the most important ones in the board, as treasurer takes care of the finances and assets of the Association.

The extraordinary general meeting will be organized as soon as we have candidates for the post. The invitation shall be sent accordingly, at latest seven days prior to the meeting.

After work pubkvällen i Fredag

Välkommen till ‘Afterwork’ pubkvällen på Steam Hellsinki (Olavinkatu 1) Fredagen den 10. April kl. 18.00. Pubkvällen organiseras denna gång tillsammans med doktorander vid Aalto Universitet ‘Aallonhuiput’.

PhD after work pub night this Friday!

One of the biggest event this year is coming soon, that is, the PhD students’ pub-night on 10th of April. This time both PhD students from Aalto and University of Helsinki are coming, so we will see what happens.

We’ll meet in Steam Hellsinki (Olavinkatu 1, Helsinki) at 18.00.
