Matemaattis-luonnontieteellinen tiedekunta on ensimmäisenä yksikkönä HY:ssä ottanut käyttöön opettajien henkilökohtaisen pedagogisen kehittymisen suunnitelman. Tarkoitus on, että jokainen tiedekunnassa opettava opetus- ja tutkimushenkilökunnan jäsen suunnittelee kehittymistään ja kehittyy paitsi tutkijana myös opettajana. Tavoitteena on, että vakituisilla opettajilla ja tutkijoilla on vähintään 25 op:n laajuiset yliopistopedagogiikan opinnot. Continue reading
