Hae Langnetin johtajaksi!

Langnetin johtajan Urpo Nikanteen (ÅA) kausi päättyy vuoden 2023 lopussa. Langnetin uusi johtaja valitaan Langnetin yleiskokouksessa Oulun kielitieteenpäivillä toukokuussa 2023 yksinkertaisella äänten enemmistöllä. Johtajan tulee Langnetin toimintakäsikirjan mukaan olla “arvostusta nauttiva tiedeyhteisön jäsen”. Johtaja valitaan nelivuotiskaudeksi (2024–2027) ja hän osallistuu Suomen kielitieteellisen yhdistyksen johtokunnan toimintaan.

Voit ilmoittaa kiinnostuksestasi Langnetin johtajan pestiin tällä lomakkeella 30.4. mennessä. Johtajaehdokkaiden tiedot julkaistaan Langnetin verkkosivuilla toukokuun alussa.

Apply to be the Head of Langnet!

The term of Langnet’s Head Urpo Nikanne (ÅA) ends at the end of 2023. Langnet’s new Head for the period 2024–2027 will be elected at Langnet’s general meeting at the XLIX Finnish Conference of Linguistics in Oulu in May 2023. According to Langnet’s operating manual, the Head of Langnet must be a person “who is appreciated in the scientific community”. The Head of Langnet is elected for a four-year term and participates in the activities of the board of The Linguistic Association of Finland.

You can register your interest in the position of Head of Langnet with this form by the end of April. The information on the candidates will be published on Langnet’s website at the beginning of May.
