Pirjo Karppinen writes in the bulletin about the Aviisi and accomplishments so far, mentioning the study of data protection with regard to the incoming EU data protection act. Important thing mentioned are also our pilots, which open avenues for kinds of uses for the materials ranging from academic research to local and family research and then on education. One of the hands-on examples is the adult education centre course, where we had one course version in the spring of 2016 and second course is due to start on September.
